NaturalFit offers a flexible return policy where you can return products within 7 days of receiving them, no questions asked. However, to be eligible for a return, all products must meet the following criteria:

  1. Be in perfect condition, unused, and with their original tags attached.
  2. Be returned in their complete original packaging.

    3. This policy ensures that all returns are processed smoothly and efficiently, provided that the returned items meet these conditions.

Once NaturalFit has received and approved your return at their distribution center, they will initiate a refund using the same payment method you originally used for the purchase. Please note that the refund process may take up to 7 business days to complete, depending on your bank's processing times.
